Research


Beautiful Losers: I have researched into beautiful losers and have researched some information on a specific artist. I researched into Margaret Kilgallen and I created a page of work about her in my sketch book.


I have researched into the medium video art and how it has changed over the years due to technology and new media having affect on artist in modern days.


Animation Flip Book: Research in how to create a flip book animation, we looked at some animation artist such as Blu, Lemon Jelly and jan Svankmajer.


I researched into Experimental and underground Films: Colour Box, Dog Star Man, Scorpio Rising, big shave, Fuzz Box, Berlin horse.




Explore and experiment/Make: My own creativity with the short animation I did drawing under eighty pages.






What are you pleased with and why? I am pleased with how the animation had turned out of the green pea and my animation booklet jelly foot character.


What could you have done differently? I would have used colour in my experimental animation booklet see how effective it would have of looked.


What you plan to do next? I plan to buy props: Dominoes, spray paint, fake snow, and card, and spray paint them and to create an artistic picture using the props as an experiment for the risk project but if it does not work then me and my partner will have to come up with another idea for the risk project. (experimenting tests)
